A. Clinton Allen
Director, SMI
Clint Allen has
served as a director of the Company since 1999 and became lead director in
2003. He is a member of the board of directors of Brooks Automation and LKQ
Corporation. Clint
also serves as director and non-executive chairman for Collectors Universe,
Inc. He provided the original financing for Blockbuster Entertainment Corporation,
was a founding director and served on the board until the company was acquired
by Viacom/Paramount in September of 1994.
Clint received his
BS degree from Harvard University. He serves on the Compensation, Option and
Audit Committees. Age: 63.
