Rudolph Kluiber

Rudy
Kluiber has served as a director of the Company since
2001. He is Managing Director of GRT Capital Partners,
an investment management firm based in Boston. Prior
to forming GRT, Rudy served as a Senior Vice President
and portfolio manager for State Street Research & Management
Company where he ran the Aurora Fund and managed the Small-cap
Value effort.
Rudy received his BA degree from Harvard University and his
MBA from UCLA. He serves on the Compensation, Option and
Audit Committees. Age: 47.
