Peter McMillan
Director, SMI
Peter
McMillan has served as a director of the Company since
1996. Peter is also a board member of KBS Real Estate
Investment Trust, Inc. He is the Managing Partner
of Willow Brook Capital Group, LLC, an asset management
company based in Los Angeles, CA. Prior to forming WBCG
Peter served as Executive Vice President and Chief Investment
Officer of SunAmerica Investments, Inc., a wholly owned
subsidiary of American International Group, Inc. As Chief
Investment Officer, he had overall investment management
responsibility for SunAmerica’s asset portfolio.
Peter joined SunAmerica Investments, Inc. in 1989 after
managing the fixed-income portfolio for Aetna Life Insurance
and Annuity Company.
Peter received his BA degree in economics from Clark University
and his MBA from the Wharton School of Business. He serves
on the Compensation, Option and Audit Committees. Age: 49.
