Bruce Stevens
has served as a director of the Company since 1995. He has served as President
of Steinway & Sons, an indirect wholly-owned
subsidiary of the Company, since 1985 when Steinway was acquired from Columbia
Broadcasting System television network. Prior to that, Bruce was employed
by the Polaroid Corporation for 18 years, where he held various positions
including Director of Marketing for all of Polaroid's international business.
He serves on numerous industry and music education committees.
Bruce received his BS degree in economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
Age: 64.
