| I need to store my Steinway for a few months. Does anyone know what steps I need to take to prepare it? Any what should I expect to pay a reputable storage firm? |

I stored my 1098 for 3 years once!
The place was recommended by my Steinway dealer.
I did not have to do anything to the piano myself before storing.
The storage facility is climate controlled and I got the piano back in the same condition that I gave it to them in. Needed minor tuning, but that's it.
On another occasion, I stored the same piano with the same facility for a 6 month period. Same diff. Good company. The price was $55/month. _________________ Butterfingers |
